Monthly Preventive Maintenance Report 
The Monthly Preventive Maintenance Reports are menu items when you sign up for AutoAlert. These monthly reports detail which customers received oil changes, tune-ups, inspections, and/or any recommended services cards. Each PM service has its own report. You have the option of signing up for any one report or all of them, and these reports can be turned on and off at any time during your enrollment in the program. These reports are a great management tool for follow-up phone calls to set appointments and add a friendly, personal touch to complete your communication with your customer.
Customer Listing
A customer listing can be ordered at any time. This is a list of your customers and the information that we have on record. These reports contain your customer information and are available to you at any time. This report can be used to manage your AutoAlert database.
Date-of-Last Visit Reports
This report will contain customers during a specific time-period of activity that you request. It includes the same information as the customer list, but will narrow the results by visit date. This is a valuable marketing tool if you want to make a special mailing to customers who have not been back to your shop in a while.
